Labs after changing to Nature Throid my TSH is 0.12, should I be concerned?

I have been hypothyroid for 16 years and have Hashimotos.  Currently, at this point I am feeling good and am symptom free. I changed meds because my T3 was too low and I was having a lot of symptoms while on levothyroxine only.
I am wondering if I should be concerned to have my TSH so low (it's never been that low).  I switched to Nature Throid and my 6 weeks labs showed low TSH. Should I be cutting back on the medicine?  Or should I not be concerned about the TSH if the T3 and T4 are in the normal range?

Unfortunately too many doctors have the erroneous belief that a suppressed TSH automatically means hyperthyroidism for a patient taking thyroid med.  In reality you are hyper only if having hyper symptoms due to excessive levels of Free T4 and Free T3, which is not the case for you.  You can confirm this by doing some reading in this link.  In particular, recommendation 10 on page 13 speaks to this issue, and provides references to supporting scientific evidence.

You are likely well managed but many drs think that a low tsh equals to hyperthyroidism. This is a horrible situation with the doctors who cant even manage our condition. With that said hyperthyroidism should be ruled out because it is possible to take too much thyroid hormone. Free t3 and T4 are good indicators if they are in the normal range and you have no hyper symptoms (fast resting heart beat, losing weight, cant sleep, etc,). I hope one day doctors can learn about these things because they are unable to treat us appropriately. Naturethroid and Armour and other natural dessicated thyroid hormone medicationss do have a higher t3 concentration than normally what we would need if we were healthy. this cause the tsh to drop but often does not mean that we are over medicated. It is important to set the dose that makes us symptom free, and keel our free and total levels in normal range. The suppressed tsh is no longer a good indicator once we take NDT type of medications. I wish doctors would know this. Sigh.
