Low T3 and T4 levels

Both levels are low T3 around 1.3, T4 at about 10.7.  I feel very dizzy and verrrrry tired.  Am 5'2" tall and weigh about 98 - 99 pounds.  I was on Eltroxin before for more than 20 years.  Then was put onto Thyroxin 0.1mg per day.  I kept on feeling tired.  Then put onto 125mg of Armour thyroid with 0.5mg of Thyroxin per day.  Still feel verrry dizzy and tired with a sore throat.  Have a slight cough and noticed a hard lump on my collarbone.  It does not hurt when touched at all.  I also find that my glands behind my ears hurt and have a ringing tingling sound in my ears and on the thyroid.

Does someone else experience the same - how long will it take for my levels to become normal?

Can you give the lab ranges with your results so we can see what ranges these pertained to?
How long ago were these labs done? Have you told the dr you still feel so bad?
