Low TSH?

Hi. I've been going between hyper and hypo for 25 yrs so I'm hoping someone can decipher my lab results. I also test positive for ANA.
2021
Anti TPo >924 (ref range <9)
Anti Tg 24 (<4)

2017
TSH 0.83 (0.45-5.33)
Experienced muscle spasms, pain, weakness, rapid weight loss.

2018
TSH
0.58 (0.45-5.33)
Same ongoing symptoms as above plus pain in thyroid.

2019- rapid weight gain. No tests done

2020
TSH
1.06 mIU/ml (0.5-6.0)
FT4
1.21 (0.75-1.98)
FT3
3.13 (1.46-4.73)
Still overweight

2021
TSH
0.34 uIU/ml (0.27-4.2)
FT4
1.25 (0.75-1.98)
FT3
3.51 (1.46-4.73)
Muscle spasms, weakness, joint pain, 2 days of panic attacks, tiredness, intermittent pain in thyroid, rapid weight loss of 11lbs in a week and a half and will probably continue since this seems to be the norm of losing 30-35 lbs in a months time.

CBC all within range. He didn't check my cholesterol, ldl, hdl like he did last year. I've never had any other tests done. In the middle of switching doctors.

Just looking at the test results, I would be suspicious of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis causing enough damage to your thyroid gland that it is leaking hormone and causing the symptoms you mention.   I suggest that you ask the doctor for an ultrasound test of your thyroid gland to determine its condition.
