MISLABELED VITAMINS

Beware of GNC vitamins....I am so mad about this....I can't take Cellulose in any form and got some B-12 that the bottle states there is no cellulose, then looked online and it listed Cellulose and Dicalcium Carbonate as ingredients that WERE NOT on the bottle!!!! I also found out it is synthetic B-12.....I am new to the vitamin game, but glad I did some homework. I called GNC and they said they would "take care of it" and offered me a $15 coupon. Wow. I also did some reading on Dicalcium Phosphate and it seems we are all given this cross to bear if we are on vitamins. So many battles, so little time. It seems there is a lot of mislabeling going on. Just wanted to get that out there.

Particularly the vitamin B12....online under supplement facts, it states Cellulose...then click on "Label" or look at the bottle and it's NOT there. I got an email back from GNC stating that they started putting Cellulose in it some time ago, I must have gotten a bottle that hadn't been relabeled......whhhhaaaat?
I have serious deficiencies and have to be very careful of what I take....at every turn, every new problem, it seems some new racket surfaces.
Dicalcium phosphate is another scary thing to me....it's in everythingas well :(

The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) is just not up to scratch. Speaking of mislabelled products, Mike Adams from Natural News uncovered the "natural" blueberries in popular cereals, muffins, bagels and other foods are anything but natural. Instead of using real blueberries, companies (like General Mills) use artificial colours, hydrogenated oils (transfats!) and liquid sugars to manufacture small bits that mimic the look of blueberries. That is one false advertisement!

Thank you
So, the bottle stated no celluloes however GNC said that it is in there?

Hello friend, GNC is not all that great.  I use natural health store, with knowledgable staff.  Like all things in life, it's about trial/error.  Good luck to you.
