My Thyroid related Lab Test Results

hi,

i am 31 years old
i have many symptoms like dry skin, can't losing weight, cold hands and legs, thin hair and Dizziness


here is my lap results
TSH 1.85 ulU/ml (0.3-5.5)
Free T3 3.1 pg/ml (2-4.4)
Free T4 1.1 ng/dl (0.7-1.8)

we haven't T3 on our country so i get it from GYM
Bodybuilding using it for Blotting
my brand is thyro3 alpha pharma

after i increased my dose i felt like zombie  ( lost my feeling )
so i stopped my anti-depression medicine (Cymbalta)
and i am fine now without anti-depressant for the first time from 2 years
i still have some Cymbalta withdrawal, but nothing can't deal with it.

Yes, I agree with Barb.  Every time we change dose, our bodies have to rebalance on the new dose, and that can cause symptoms to return temporarily.  However, constipation is not typically a side effect of Synthroid, rather it's a symptom of hypo, an indication that your dose isn't high enough or that you're in a state of flux when changing meds.  

Some people can take their T3 at night.  However, most people avoid taking it too late because it disturbs sleep.  Do you mind my asking what specific brand of T3 you're on and where you got it?

i increased T4 from 25 to 50
the after 3 days i increased T3 from 6,2 to 12,5
i get joint pain for 2 days then constipation

do you think that what happen to me ?
and why i feel nothing when taking T3
i take 6,2 mcg in the morning and another dose after go to bed and sleep for 8 hours without problem!!
is that normal ?

Constipation is a hypo symptom.  Did you increase your T4 meds last week as planned?  Did you keep your T3 the same?

i have a very bad Constipation
5 days without stool
i take laxative 3 times per day without success
it seem like i have trouble on my bowel movements

Joint pain can be a symptom of hypo or hyper.  Not everything is thyroid related, either.  I'd watch for some of the more common symptoms of hyper that I've listed.
