My wife was diagnosed with Graves' disease and she has left me please help

Hi guys
My was diagnosed with hyper thyroidism Graves' disease October November last year she has been seeing a endo but the last couple of months she has been argumentative with me yelling at the kids more more but I don't think she sees her self doing it. Well now she has left and taken the kids tells me she don't love me anymore she doesn't even love or respect herself she said she want to live the single life and want to go out dancing and drinking she says our marriage has been over for years she been trying to get me involved  which I have been I do everything  with my family I work 70-80 hrs a week and I have nothing left in m burnt out. She saying some real nasty stuff can this be caused by Graves' disease

Why was she told surgery is not an option for, at least, 12 months?  Severe hyperthyroidism is dangerous and can lead to thyroid storm, which is life threatening... There should be no reason to put a time limit on surgery.  It would seem that your wife needs new doctors.  

Without knowing what her actual levels are, there's really little we can tell you, because if she's taking the methimazole, as directed, it should be bringing her levels back to normal.  It is possible that she needs a higher dose, but that would be dependent upon her actual thyroid hormone levels.

I will try and get the results she told me she has to be on meds for 18 months. She believes there is nothing wrong with her doesn't have any symptoms but she has had very bad migraines for the past 14 years. They only found the hyper buy accident she went to the doctor for a cough  she said she doesn't feel any different her whole life and doesn't believe she has it

What "tablets" is your wife on and what dosage?

While Graves Disease can cause severe mood swings and irritability, you always have to consider other causes as well.  

What are your wife's actual thyroid hormone levels?  If you have those, please post them, along with reference ranges, which vary from lab to lab and have to come from her own report.

She has been told surgery is not a option for at least 12 months last I seen her medication was methimozel

Graves disease usually require surgery to remove the thyroid gland and put on full levothyroxine replacement treatment. So if its not temporary and staying like this for long then need to consider surgery as hyperthyroidism is particularly harmful to heart.

I think she has had this for a very long time she's is going back years with stuff that I have done all little things

Yes hyperthyroidism can make one go insane. If checked her blood pressure it will be very high. She find it difficult to sleep, relax and hard to cope anger. So all this frustration she express it to others especially to ones she love most. So ignore her anger she showing at you and instead make her to see the doctor and start treatment.

She has been on treatment since December started on 6 tablets a day then reduced over time diet to2 tablets endo has put her back up to 3 tablets her hart  is still racing. She only shows moods towards me and yells at the kids to a point where nearly starts crying
