HYPERthyroid? Plz Help!

Hi all, i've posted before.  The tendency to grow hyperplastic thyroid nodules seems to run in my family (my father and uncle have it).  I been tested many times, but my tsh always can out at the lowest end of their normal testing range (prior to this my brilliant health center only tested tsh).

So, recently (past few months), I've been ravenous, lost ten pounds (alot when you started at 90- I used to weight 105.....before anyone freaks out, I"m only 4'11").  I started to think I was just crazy so I went to a psychiatrist- My new doctor was suspicious because I always told her I'm a head shorter than any one else in my family and I can't hardly sleep and get heart palpatations.  She reordered the labs to be done by my primary clinician and they came back as this;
T4,FREE(DIRECT):  1.46                    ref range:  0.82-1.77 NG/DL
TRIIODOTHYRONINE (T3):175          ref range: 83-200 NG/DL
TSH:  0.099           L                             ref range: 0.450-4.500 UIU/ML

My primary doctor just wants to rerun my blood work.  Thats all he ever wants to do!  I'm a medical student, so I understand that thyroid hormones fluctuate throughout the day/week.  Can some please give me some insight?  I feel like I'm banging my head into a wall.   what else would be the next step?

Just for the record, me and many of my friends find it very frustrating to be told "you're a medical student you should figure out".  I think no harm was meant, but it is hurtful- Drs treat me this way too and it just makes me feel stupid and doesnt help with a diagnosis.
FYI: i am training to be an animal doctor, not a people dr,

That's strange that you are a medical student and need help from us !!

ask for FT3 instead of T3 , and ask for anti TGab and anti TPOab.

I think you are hypERthyroid !
