Neck and ear hurt

Waiting for thyroid surgery at end of month my neck and ear are feeling quite uncomfortable is that part of the hashimoto ?

I have a goiter - large one on left side and also having some neck pain left and headaches and sometimes ear pain also on left - the surgeon wants to remove the thyroid left but I like to have another biopsy as the last one 7-8 minths ago did notcome out right due to less cells - from the biopsy - you think that should have been reported to me - they did not found out the other day and my nodule has increased to 4.4 cm double than beofe - do you have a good surgeon specializing in thyroid surgery - in thatcase please let me know. - so I am sceheduled 6 weeks down the road for another biopsy - and has complained to the office about the lack of professionalism not to let me know andthe long wait for another biopsy -

mostly neck pain and stiffness, It seem to move around the neck and could feel as though it comes from the ear area. Mine has been on the sides of the neck when I had it.  Best Regards FTB4
