Your antibody tests are negative, but that doesn't necessarily mean you don't have an autoimmune condition.
Your thyroid tests are, actually, on the high side, not low side - well, TSH is low, indicating that actual thyroid hormones are higher... Your Free T4 is at 60% of its range, which is higher than, typically, recommended, but it's not "horrible".
Could you please check the range for the TSH? I've never seen a range of > 20 for TSH. That range is, typically, something like 0.4-4.5. Perhaps you confused the range for TSH with something else, since you have 2 different ranges for the Thyroid Perox Ab (TPOab)? Thyroglobulin Ab (TgAb) range is, typically, around 9, but it does vary.
I am not currently taking anything. I was doing routine blood panel when they found low thyroid levels and high liver levels.
Here are the corresponding reference ranges:
Signal to cut off (3.0) <1.0
Thyroid Perox Ab, TPO (2) or = 20
Please post the reference ranges, for each test, since those vary from lab to lab.
I'm not sure what "Signal to cut off" is or what relevance it might have.
Are you currently taking any replacement thyroid hormone medications. If so, what are they, what dosage(s) and for how long have you been taking them?
HCV reactive means you have HCV antibodies, but not necessarily active HCV... have you been treated for it in the past or are you being tested for the first time?
