New lab work

My most recent lab work shows this;

T4 free .9 range .8-1.8
T3free 3.8 range 2.3-4.2
T3 reverse 18 range 11-32

I am on 90 mcg Armour a day (1.5 grams) still feeling extremely tired every few days. Any suggestions?

I'll go back to dr again next month.

Thank you!!

Low vitamin D could have something to do with being tired.  What was your actual vitamin B12?  I have pernicious anemia and have to keep my b12 level right at the top of the range, or I get horribly tired.  Your level might not be high enough for you.

Wheat/dairy allergies cause all types of symptoms and I'm sure fatigue could be one of them.  Have you been diagnosed with celiac?

My doctor was going to test me for thalassemia, but he didn't do it; not sure why.

My vitamin d levels were low, I'm now taking 4,000(?) per day. B12 was fine. I do have anemia called beta-thalassemia but it's something I've lived with my entire life so I don't think it's related. I was told I have allergies to wheat and dairy, can eating either of those food groups make me tired like this?

Thanks Barb for responding!!

Your FT4 is low in the range, but the other numbers look good.  Symptoms generally correlate best with FT3 levels and yours looks good; you may need a bump on the FT4, though.  Have you had a vitamin B12 and/or vitamin D test done?  Deficiency in either one can cause tiredness/fatigue.
