New labs

Okay, I have now been off Levo since the middle of July.  My Endo took me off for six weeks prior to a thyroid uptake scan and when she got my results they were completely normal so she kept me off.  It's now been over 3 months with no Levo and I have to say I still feel pretty well.  I did start having some body aches a couple of weeks ago but they're not bad and my primary care doctor says they are probably a result of menopause (I'm 52).  I did have my endo send me another sheet to have my labs drawn last week and I just got them back today.  They are as follows:

Thyroxine Uptake     32.5                   Range 28.0-41.0
Thyroxine                    7.24                  Range 4.60-12.00
TSH                             3.69                  Range 0.27-4.20
Free Thyroxine Index (T7)   2.35      Range 1.29-4.92

She wrote on the fax (all normal).  Why would my numbers suddenly be normal after having been hypothyroid for several years?  I'm not complaining, just curious.  Has anyone else experienced this?
