Newby here

Just got back from the Doctor and I am scheduled for a needle biopsy the 30th of May. I have a large nodule on the right side of my Thyroid. Not worried...just happy to find this message board. I may have questions later and will be nice to talk to others who are going through the same thing.

Thanks for the wonderful welcome. Yes I had an ultrasound about a month ago. the nodule is on the right bottom of my thyroid and about the size of a quarter. I have 3 very tiny ones on the left...not sure its all the thyroid that makes me tired. I work in an elementary school with very active children...lol.

Good for you for not being worried - as the vast majority of nodules are benign!

Good luck with the biopsy (its really not that bad) and keep us posted.
