I would recommend having a re-test done. Those numbers are very high and you do not really seem to have symptoms of hyper, which might suggest that something may be suspect with the labs. It wouldn't hurt to double check in my opinion.
Your Free T4 and Free T3 are very high (above the upper range). This indicates that you have hyperthyroidism.
Do you currently take a replacement thyroid hormone medication? If so, had you taken it prior to having the blood drawn that day?
It will be necessary for your doctor to determine the cause of your hyperthyroidism since left untreated, it can cause other adverse health effects.
The most common causes of hyperthyroidism are Graves Disease or Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. Both are autoimmune conditions that attack the thyroid and eventually destroy it. Although Hashimoto's is typically, associated with hypothyroidism, it's quite common to have periods of hyperthyroidism in early stages, alternating with hypo or normal until the antibodies finally destroy the thyroid. Graves Disease is always associated with hyperthyroidism.
What are the reference ranges for the T4 and T3? Reference ranges vary from lab to lab and have to come from your own report. Also, does the report specify if they are Free T4 and Free T3 or are they Total T4 and Total T3? Tests for Total and Free T4 and T3 are not the same and don't give the same information.
