Please Help

In January 2008 i was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and Hyperthyroidism.  Whilst visiting the endocrine department at the hospital in May 2008, I was then also diagnosed with Graves Disease, and am being checked for Diabetes.  I was also told that my heart beats too fast and was put on beat blockers.

Is there any reason why i suddenly have these 3 illnesses?  I have always been healthy and in the last 6 months feel awful.  I have had to stop my medication for the thyroid (Carbizamole) as it gave me really bad headaches, so i believe my only other option is surgey.  Is this correct?

I know that Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and Hyperthyroidism both cause infertility problems, but was wondering what my chances are of having children in the near future?
