Phosphatidylserine side effects

My latest saliva test showed my cortisol on the high end of normal in the morning and late afternoon so my doc suggested I take two PS a day. I've been taking it for about a week now and have been feeling so nauseous, especially in the afternoon, that I have to eat ginger candy to keep from getting sick. Bright lights are also bothering my eyes even worse than before. I work under flourescent lights and work on a computer and by 3pm I literally can't even look at the computer without my eyes physically hurting. Is this normal to feel worse before getting better or is this a sign I shouldn't be taking this?

She said even though my levels were in range, they were too high within the range. Both my morning and evening levels were 1-2 points away from being out of range. She said that's way too high within the range. I think it could be affecting my unbalanced hormone levels because my breasts have become very sore as well.

What is muscle testing?

That is the supplement form right?  A higher normal in morning and afternoon is fine.....it is late at night and through the night that it should go down properly. If it isn't out of range, then why is he having you take this? It will supress you cortisol level, and that dosage sounds way to high. You are probably dropping to the point of adrenal fatigue. Do some reading on those symptoms. Were you even muscle tested against this supplement?
