Please read radiologist report............thanks

Findings: Right and left lobes of the thyroid gland are slightly enlarged measuring 5.1 cm in greatest dimension each.  Within the lower pole of the right lobe thyroid gland is a slightly hypoechoic fairly well circumscribed 6mm mass, which demonstrates some internal vascularity.  No microcalcifications are seen. Within lower pole of the left lobe thyroid gland is a slightly hypoechoic, slightly vascular 2.1 cm mass.  No microcalcifications are seen.

Is FNB the only option?  I want to know if there is an alternative which is less invasive?

I just had an FNA, it's not bad, and it's really not invasive.  It is the most accurate way to diagnose a nodule.
