QuEsTiOn!! on new symptoms and lingering ones. :(

How long after having a partial removal of the thyroid should the hair loss stop? I am 8 weeks post op and I feel loads better other than the "new" slight ear ringing, mild headache, pulsating sound in my head (I thought it was high BP, but nope), muscle pain (all over), and my lingering hair loss, and palps (palps only when doing heavy activity) Also, is the muscle pain and headaches "fibromyalgia" setting in??

Endocrinologist reported back all labs normal except Vit D. (I haven't gotten hard copy yet) Recommended I take 4,000 IU daily. I have started taking Vitamins to help with energy and meeting daily needs.

Yes, I did have some done Dec. 30th and those were normal as well. I posted them and everyone said that they looked pretty good. I think my FT4  was a bit on the low side but everything else was great.

TSH 1.81 (0.3-3.0)
FT4 0.71  (0.58-1.64)
FT3 3.44 (2.5-3.9)

Also, is the air hunger normal too? I feel like it went away after surgery and came back shortly after.

Provided your thyroid blood tests show you are not hypo, you should find it will stop soon. It takes around 3 months for the hair loss to stop. Also bear in mind any surgery is a shock to the body and this can cause hair loss too, which is not immediate at time of surgery, but can take, again, about 3 months to occur.

Have you had any blood tests for thyroid?
