Reaction to synthroid??

I have PBC with polyglandular dysfunction type 2 and hashis. I was hypo with tsh 6.0 for years and then upon treatment it came down.its been around 1 for a couple years and now suddenly its 19.4. im supposed to be in remission. anyway my doc prescribed 50mcg of synthroid and it made me feel better then very angry/anxious. synthroid has never done this but i have felt it not on synthroid. taking the synthroid causes it though. i think it is a hyperthyroid feeling. im also worried about the sudden shift. i had a whiplash neck injury. can that cause the change in tsh? or could it be dying? thanks for any help anyone can give.

I know exactly how you feel friend, I was always suscpious Synthroid caused anger/anxious reaction.  Done extensive research and yes Synthoid can cause various side effects/reactions.  I have also read, that introducing or adjusting to Synthoid dose can cause symptoms, till hormones optimize.

But, best to have labs, rule out any lab abnormalities, keep a journal of symptom changes with dosing, discuss with your physician, try a different brand.  Wish you well.

My mother was in remission for Hashimoto's but stress retriggered her Hashi's. I think she might be back in remission again.
