I would consult with a good endocrinologist who specializes in thyroids.

You have Hashimotos. In other words you are very hypo. There is nothing normal about your results and you should be treated right away.

According to AACE and other medical thyroid originations, your levels are normal.  Also AACE list only three symptoms for subclinical hypothyroidism, which your levels do fall under.
Overt hypothyroidism which is very rare, comes with all the symptoms.
As it is, Thyroid symptoms are so non-specific.  In other words, a lot of other health conditions have the same symptoms as thyroid, it is very difficult to distinguish where the symptoms are coming from or which health conditions are the cause.  Doctor would need eliminate all the symptoms through their appropriate test. This is a long a tedious process but will worth it in the end when you find out the causes and get properly treated.  Besides, none of the thyroid hormone medications or drugs are a 100 percent cure-all for symptoms. You might have to treat each symptom separately from each other, regardless.
