Singer with thyroid and heart issues

I have had hasimoto's in my 20's and was on synthroid.  I am 52 now.   Currently did not go to doctor and not on medication.  Have heart issues which led me to investigate thyroid......Here are my levels.........TSH 0.06, free T4 1.6 , free t3 3.50, *** Thyroid peroxidase antibody 1000.0 and thyroglobulin Antibodies 99.1  .  I have  a goiter also and hurts when i sing.  

my direct LDL is 103 and HDL/total cholestorol  ratio  measurement 2.5

what does this mean.  what diet is the best for this. How serious is this?

Would you please provide the ranges for your FT3 and FT4?

You haven't taken thyroid meds for 30 years?  Have you monitored your levels at all in that time?  Were you ever tested for TSI?

I have a right bundle bunch block , left hemi block , left chamber hyper connetic, and have extra beats....

High TPO and low TSH may sound like Hashimoto's flare up (subclinical hyper stage).
Ask your doctor if you can take Ibuprofen- it should help with symptoms which interfere with singing or talking (Hashimoto's sometimes called the  artritis of thyroid)

What are the ranges on your FT3 and FT4?  Ranges vary lab to lab, so you have to report them with results.  

How long have you been off meds?
