Stiff Neck Multiple Other Issues

August - Stiff Neck and Front of Neck pain mainly on the left side, gave muscle relaxers it went away
October - Same Issues gave steroid shots
December - Same Issues steroid shots
January - H. Pylori Infection, Stiff Neck/Front of Neck Pain, Under Arm area feels swollen but Doctor found no lymph nodes just like tissue or muscle swelling, Pelvic area on the left side right on the bone no lymph node swelling just like fatty tissue or muscle swelling

Today my Doctor got ordered an ultrasound of my thyroid and took blood work he said we should have the results all back by then end of the week. I have been tested for HIV since August and it came back normal no fever just fatigue, muscle aches, stiff neck, front of neck right under my adam's apple pain...Could I possibly be experiencing a thyroid issue? I'm 26 years old and a male

I had similar pain and symptoms prior to diagnoses of thyroid, so I would put my money on thyroid, but no way to tell until you get blood work back, do you know which lab tests he is doing?    FTB4
