Supression Therapy

hi! from germany! I have always suffered from thyroid problems but it was after my pregnancy that my doctor decided i should have a full thyroid op. and he was right, despite a previous byopsi which came negative my op reveled (thanks to the mlm cut biopsy they perform in germany to the whole gland) that I had 6 papillar tumors. 4 in one side, 2 in the other. So when we came back after the op I was pretty schocked. I did radioactive therapy 2 times. i was and still so lucky since both scans showed no signs of remaining metas. or anything. my surgeon was also super! no complains. after that I have been on a supression therapy. the first year was piece of cake. the nexf half year was ok. then Last june i had like a panik attack with nervous symptons, felt so warm, etc.. i thought i was going to dye. they performed heart studies, blood samples, ultrasounds, etc.. my dr said i had a ligt depression and probably had an infection. so anyways another dr thought i ewas pre-diabetic and told me not to eat so mich carbs. he did not know by a supression therapy your glucose and cholesterol values may increase. well i lost 8 kgs i was feeling terrible, dizzy, anxious, like if i eas going to have a hesrt attack, nauseas, etc.. i startes to be afraid of reataurants and public places. in august my dr lowered my dosage (i started with .137 Eurhyrox) to .124  and felt better. he was angry at the other dr for having me think i was pre-diabetic and having lost so much weight. then in september he lowered again to .112 but although my blood samples came well (thanks God!) emotionally and phisically i was still doing terrible. for  two weeks i had an episode where i could not breath anymore and my husband tooked me to the emergency room on a sunday because i could not feel my handa anymore (i was hyperventilating) last monday i stop taking euthyrox for 3 days and started with .100 Euthyrox (i weight 47,5 kg) after a week i am not shaking anymore, i Am not rhat anxious,  but i feel very tired dor doing nothing, i some times feel i do not get enough air and my digestion is terrible. i feel my chest ist tight. my muscles and bones still ache. i wanted to ask if anyone knows or have feel the same way after a readjustment of the hormon levels (remember of course my dr still wants me to be under supression, so we are not talking about substitution and finding the perfect dosage to me) i ask because i have the impression that i am hypo now, but I have never been hypo . is it too soon to tell? i just think that becaise if the symptoms... would anyone like to share? thank you!! and God bless you all!

Nov 8 is a little early for blood work.  That will only be 22 days since you suspended for 3 days and then decreased.  Is your doctor testing your FREE T3 and FREE T4, or just TSH?

What are your digestive symptoms?  New symptoms when meds are adjusted are not unusual.  You've changed doses pretty rapidly and been hyper, so your body has to rebalance again.

Yes i am feeling better :) I started with .112 on the end of August and i was still supressed and all the blood tests came ok. but I was still hyper and he lowered me to .100 after 3 day resess beginning on last thursday (so 7 days) i have my next check up on november 4th.  I was very hyper and had this episode where i hyperventilated. now i get ao tyred for doing nothing and my heart seems to be also adjusting. he worked so rapidly on the last 4 months.. i also feel a lo of indigestion symptons and i fall out of breath again for minimum doing.. i am very confused. is that to be expected? wheather i am still supressed or not will be revealed on my next blood tests in nov 4 :)

It takes 4-5 weeks for the dose change to reach its full potential in your blood.  After being overmedicated, d/cing meds for 3 days and lowering your dose 12 mcg, I would expect you to start feeling some relief of the hyper (overmedicated) symptoms.  How long had you been at 112 before lowering to 100?

I guess the big question is whether your TSH is still suppressed or not.
