Pathology report won't be back until July 10th...seems like everyone has taken most of this week or next week off.  I have my followup next Tuesday and they will confirm the surgeons thoughts that it was fine.  Then he can release me to go back to school on Wednesday.  I have just a couple of months left before my state boards and I want it done!

I am at the Synthroid level thing now for about 6 mos and the past 3 mos have felt pretty well all around .. we went really slowly and it is working out for me ... the last two go-arounds we did increase in 12.5 mcgs vs. 25.0 and so far so good.

Sorry I've forgotten... was there cancer or was all benign?  That makes a difference in the TSH goal ...

I am doing okay...sorry I haven't posted for a few days.  I ended up at the ER on Friday, my face, mouth and fingers were numb and tingling.  Calcium levels went too low. They gave me an IV then increased my Calcium and Vitamin D to 2000 mg per day.  Feel much better now. Doc said this part may be easier than getting my levels (calcium and thyroid hormone) right but she is confident that we will.  She is not afraid to try anything to get it done.
