Swollen glands and Hashimotos and Graves

Hi,  Has anyone experienced swelling in the glands bellow their jaw bone (submandibular) with either Hashimoto's or Graves Disease?  My Endo says I positive antibodies for both.  It seems like my worst days are when my lymph nodes are the most swollen....some days the glands are sooooo swollen I feel stiffness and tightness when I move my head or look down.
Thanks for your input.

I have had it with Graves but it seems to occur when I was hypo (getting levels stable).
Both Hashi's and Graves can imitate similar symptoms.
As for the sinus's...I never had any bother with them until I was dx with Graves.
The best solution for the sinus's is to irragate the nasal passages with saline water.
I was horrified when told to do that but after I tried it a few times, the relief from the sinus pain , watery eyes and runny nose was unreal!
Try saline water and flush the nostrels out.
It does work and also helps with pain in the jaw from swollen glands as we all know the ear, nose and throat is all connected.

Yep I have hashi and have that too well just lately! as I just tested + for the antibodies.. I was hoping it was just my allergies with the sinus drainage.
I hate the swollen throat I feel like I am all puffed up but at least I dont look like it! I too was wondering if  this is from my hashi's????
