Thank you for such a warm welcome!  I am looking forward to talking to others in the community and learning about my newly diagnosed Hashimoto's!  

I've also begun to use MedHelp's Autoimmune Tracker - which is great.  I have a doctor's appointment on Monday and plan to take it with me so that the doctor can get the "whole" picture of my symptoms!  It's also interesting for me to look back over a month to see how many days I had sleep problems or headaches, etc.

Dr. Lupo's forum opens for questions daily.  You may want to try posting on his forum http://www.medhelp.org/forums/Thyroid-Cancer--Nodules--Hyperthyroidism/show/120 .  Due to the extreme popularity of his health chat, we apologize that we just couldn't get to everyone's questions in an hour, but please post on his forum - Dr. Lupo will be glad to answer add'l questions there!
