Healthy people have a TSH between 0.8-1.8, with a small part of the population falling above or below those figures.
1.3 is average. Good news.
If you are taking thyroid medication and that thyroid medication is Armour, then 1.3 may not be ideal. If you have been treated for thyroid cancer then 1.3 may not be ideal.
Usually Hypo's feel well at this level of TSH you are at. Hashimoto patients can experience a few more problems if there levels are above the 1.0 mark
It is good! Less than 3 is normal and really lab values say higher than that is in the norm. But you would probably have symptoms if it was higher than 3.
