TSH low

Today i got my blood test report of THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE (ULTRA) ULTERA SENSITIVE = 0.16
What does it mean?
Is this serious?

On 2nd sep 2015 tsh was 0.16 after that i was taking "ANTI-THYROX 10 three times along with bitacap40 1time" in a day.
After 3 months ie. On 11/12/15 I tested it again, it was TSH 49.62.
Then my doctor reduce the dose of ANTI-THYROX10 (1times)
Then after one month i started feeling so bad.
I am feeling so week, hair loss, sometimes heart beat speed up, incrreased blood pressure and muscle weakness or trembling hands, sometimes vision problems.
Nervousness
Again i tested on 31/01/16 it was
T3 =1.20
T4 =7.77
TSH=18.75
and after that my doctor change the medicine now i am taking
Propylthiouracil tablers IP 50mg 2 times
Ciplar-LA 40 1 time
K2 CALCO 1 time

I am only 27 years old and facing so much difficulties due to thyroid. Please help me...

Without  additional information, TSH does not mean a lot.  It is an indication that you could be hyperthyroid.  Have you been tested for the biologically active thyroid hormones, which are Free T4 and Free T3?  Are you taking any thyroid medication?  If so, what type and what daily dosage?

Most important please tell us about any symptoms you have.
