Thyoid nodule or adam's apple?

The lady talks about weight loss, Hashimoto’s and complains about swallowing issues.
While watching her video, I noticed lump on her throat but it looks more like laryngeal prominence (maybe that’s the reason for her deep voice) than like a tumor.

I could add that some people are going YouTube for getting attention, etc.
Those who are really needed help and education are joining patient support groups.
There is a very high failure rates of those who are doing so called “YouTube dieting” and “healing”

Once I got past her flipping her hair every few seconds, complaining about how bad she looked, I thought the lump looked a bit too high to be a thyroid nodule, but I'm certainly no expert.
