Thyroid - temper outburst

Can thyroid disorder cause sporadic temper outburst and delusional accusations?

oh yes - they are only a few of the many symptoms of hypothyroid.  you can find lots of info and lists but if you want an easy to read sourse - Stop The Thyroid Madness is an awesome book.  it's a compilation of info from many patients.  it has helped me alot.

I am hypo and I always have sporadic temper outbursts on a daily basis. Sometimes I control them but sometimes I just get so frustrated I cannot. I'm going to start medication soon and am hoping that it will help.

I think the answer to that is yes. I would have emotional outbursts and would become very aggitated. I am not sure I made delusional accusations - but do remember paranoia.
