Thyroid Disorders and Pregnancy

In 2005 I had my thyroid removed due to cancer (also took radioactive iodine).  I am currently taking Levothyroxine and am 5.5 weeks pregnant.  I had my TSH tested yesterday and my level was 0.34 and I am concerned because with my first pregnancy I had to increase my dose right away.  But, according to my levels this time my dose can stay the same.  Should I be worried that my TSH hasn't started creeping up, requiring more thryoid hormone replacement?  Could this be a sign that there is something wrong with the preganancy?

Thank you, that makes me feel much better.  I'm trying not to be such a worry wort this time around, but so far I have not been successful.  Thanks again!

When I was pregnant with my daughter I think my dose only increased once and then it stayed stable during my entire pregnancy.  From what I've read though it's best to have your TSH between 1 and 2 during your pregnancy.  I would voice your concerns with your doctor, but I'd bet things are fine.
