Thyroid Symptoms?

I have had cold feet for three years, this went into my whole body about three months ago. I had an ultrasound that showed 4 small nodules and a little bit large. They say my thyroid blood work is on the high end of normal but because I have very low testosterone they are wanting for that to go up (with Andro-Gel but may switch to injectable) before they go for the thyroid, to see if there is a change with normal testosterone, In my opinion. He did say that the thyroid numbers may be too much for me and cause symptoms, but can't do anything until the testosterone is up. Because I complain about me feet they are thinking neuropathy and I just don't think that is what it is.

I have read that a person can have symptoms and have normal blood, so to speak. I also read that when these patients try medicine for the underactive thyroid this patient will improve in symptoms. Why don't they just try underactive thyroid meds for me, is beyond belief. I guess it's OK to leave some in bed under the covers or in front of a heater all time.

Is this really this hard to diagnose? I do not see any change when using testosterone and feel no connection to the low t or the medicine, for my coldness. A patient can tell when there is a connection to something and I just don't feel it. I am seeing an endocrinologist. I also think they are blowing me off because of all my spine problems and they just think I'm a chronic complainer. If anyone has anything they can add I would appreciate it. I have read there is a unofficial diagnosis for this, (Wilson temperature syndrome) if I understand correctly, it is a condition for someone that has thyroid symptoms but has normal blood work.
