Thyroid imaging related to halo and considerable internal blood flow

Thyroid imaging (partial results): Noted is a 1.5 x 0.6 cm ill-defined outline almost isoechoic solid nodule with partial halo seen in the medial left inferior pole and has considerable internal blood flow as seen previously.  Is this suspicious for malignancy?

Suspicious for malignancy nodules are mostly hypoechoic.
This particular nodule has about 20 % chance for malignancy. However it is impossible to predict risk of cancer based only upon the features of the nodule.
Risk factors must be considered as well

By the way, here are the results of the lymph nodes also included in the ultrasound since they have been enlarged for over 3 years and persistently been tender and cause some soreness below the jaw:

A few benign appearing bilateral cervical lymph nodes are seen. The
largest one in the right measures 9 x 4.4 x 8.3 mm, and left measures
9.3 x 2 x 5 mm.

Because the nodule is so thin it may be hard to get a good sample from the nodule (the cells from the surrounding tissue most likely will be collected).
The best is to repeat the ultrasound to make sure that the nodule is not an artifact and evaluate the lymph nodes.
If lymph nodes are normal the nodule can be observed for growth

Do you think it's work a biopsy of the nodule?
