Thyroid ultra sound

I had an ultra sound of my thyroid and didn't follow up. I have hashimotos. The results are:

Both lobes are small. Right lobe measures 3.2 x 0.9 x 1.1 cm. The left lobe measures 3.3 x 0.09 x 0.8 cm. The isthmus is also thin (2 mm).

The internal architecture of both lobes of the thyroid is inhomogeneous.

Three lymph nodes, the largest measuring 1.0 cm in diameter is present in the right side of the neck. Six lymph nodes, largest measuring 1.2 cm in diameter are present in the left side of the neck.

Impression:
Small thyroid gland. Inhomogeneous thyroid architecture.
Bilateral borderline sized cervical lymph nodes

Please clarify on which level the lymph nodes are located (under lower jaw or in cervical neck)
