Thyroid ultrasound results are confusing me?!

I went for a thyroid ultrasound and my results came back that my heterogeneous thyroid gland is enlarged on the right side 5.5 x 1.7 x 2.0 cm and is echotexture. There is also a partially calcified nodule in the right lower pole that is 0.9 x 0.8 x 0.8 .  the isthmus is thickened to .54 cm.     The left lobe is enlarged 5.8 x 1.7 x 2.0 heterogeneous is echotexture. There is an mass on the left pole hypoechoic possible cyst measuring 1.0 x .6 x .8 . the right nodule showed several calcifications.  Can someone please explain this to me, i have no idea how to read it and my doctor dodnt excatly do a very good job explaining!   Thank you!!!

Overall it looks like aftermath of major inflammation (big calcium deposits tend to form where inflammation was).
The hypoechoic possible (???) cyst has to be re-evaluated with high resolution ultrasound and power Doppler flow before making any further comments.
