Tsh t4

Hi my name is Daniel and think iv had problems with thyroid for years and doctor as never done a thyroid test ever only lately my tsh was 4.59 and t4 22.5 what is normal ? over the years iv had dry eyes tiredness  bowel problems weakness just recent shaky hands sensitive to light cold feet and cold hands Sleep apnea Snoring Cold intolerance never can put weight on and I eat like a horse Sensation of lump in throat Salt cravings Dry mouth  Noises in ears (hissing, ringing) Gritty eyes Dry itchy scalp Pale skin Numbness and Tingling: hand and legs Muscles and joint pain Food sensitivity .Excess gas. Irritability . Moody . Lack of confidence. Mood swings .Restless Leg Syndrome .I have a Scoliosis. depression/ .Brain fog. Frequent need to urinate. Liver tenderness of and on .Tightness in chest. Skipped beats Heart palpitations .Nausea. Cold sweats .night sweats . Sleep apnea this is just over the years  Need naps in the afternoon. Ho yeh feel like hot flushs all over

It could have to do with your thyroid, but until I see how your labs look, I can't tell you a lot.  As you know, your symptoms can be the symptoms of many things.

Hi I'm going today to get them all do u think it to do with my thyroid .I felt so ill last night with hot flush and itchy .

What is "normal" is the reference range on your lab report.  Ranges vary lab to lab depending on the methodology they use, so you have to post reference range with results.

Is that total T4 or FREE T4?

Were any other thyroid tests done?
