hi im actually very happy somethimes de doctors put u down saying the thyroids doesent have a cure and u ill never loose wait, well that is what they sayd to me u become fat and depressed and so one with the sipmtoms...
Let me tall u something THAT IS A LIE and that makes me feel dessepointed about myselfe and i was becomeing lazy cuz i thought is nothing that i ca do to loose wait and i did.
Im loosing wait feeling great.
What i have done drink plenty of whater go gym but DONT KILL YOURSELFE u can be fit an slim and happy go out with friends, eat yogurt cereals and the best organic food and a multivitaminic supplement the vitamin A it is importal and helps a lot
That about the Feith move mountines is true we all fit if we want to and im now think licke that and listen yourselfe thats the most important im sick but im still alive i deserve the best for myselfe and im not gonna change for anyone ever, change if u want but DO IT FOR YOURSELFE take care of u. U are important

Hi get up and do something by yourselfe is important we are alive and is hard we are sick and is no medical cure for that but it that more important than u well i dont think so be happy there is ppls with no legs running they got an implant and they keep going so if u tired dont give it up the ppl than love as want the best for as and u are important like all of as so KEEP GOING!!!

I feel terrible these days... And reading that post gives me hope. I know I have to get off my *** and help myself but Im jus so tired to....And depressed! I know if I went for a walk Id feel better, if I ate better I feel better and if I stopped the neg thinking Id be much better!

Its hard when you have a thyroid problem!
