Ultrasound results

Hi.  I would love any insight to my recent Thyroid tests. Thanks in advance.

Blood work

Thyroid peroxide ab 414--Hashimoto's
thyroid hormone levels--normal

Ultrasound results

right thyroid lobe measures 6.0 x 2.0  x 2.0 cm
left thyroid lobe measures 6.0 x 2.4 x 2.3 cm

multiple rt nodules
-circumscribed isoechic solid 1.1 x 0.9 x 0.7cm
-circumscribed hetergeneously hypoechoic 1.2 x 0.8 x 1.0 cm
-circumscribed isoechoic solid 2.1 x 1.4 x1.8 cm-- FNA biopsy was adenomatoid nodule

mutiple left nodules
-isoechoic circumscribed solid 1.5 x 1.3 1.1 cm in the medial left mid thyroid lobe
-hypoechoic circumscribed solid 3.7 x 1.9 2.6 cm in the left lower thyroid lobe-FNA biopsy was cellular follicular lesion pending Afirma

Yes, those are thyroid related.  What are the reference ranges for the Free T4, Total T3 and TSI?  Ranges vary lab to lab and have to come from your own report.  Is there not a Free T3?

Thanks for responding. Here are some of the other tests that I think are thyroid related:

T3, total--89
TSI --25
TSH--1.82
FREE T4--0.63

Totally agree with the diagnosis of Hashimoto's.   What are your actual "normal" thyroid hormone levels?

I'm sorry to say I'm not an expert on reading ultra sound results.

Was there a recommendation on the bottom of the report?  Is so, what was it?
