I've asked several times if weight gain is an effect of thyroid disorder. I've been told 'no' that eating to much is the problem. I am on Levoxyl 125 mcg daily and have been for over 12years. I was 160 and am now 235. I do not want to gain more and since March have been on 1400 calorie - 50% Carb 30% Protien 20%fat diet. .... I've lost 15 pounds........ and I exercise 35 minutes of cardio daily. So what else can be done?
