Weird symptoms- Thyroid related????

I'm hoping someone can help me.  I have Hashimotos. This seems really weird, but has anyone had symptoms of daytime exhaustion and breast pain/heaviness?  I've been so exhausted and have experienced breast pain.  I feel like I've also been retaining so much fluid?  Can weird symptoms occur when we need our dosage increased?  Any thoughts would be appreciated.  Thanks!

After I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's I started having the same symptoms as when I was pregnant during my ovulation time (same issues you are having).  If you are not pregnant this could be what it is.  It doesn't happen every month, but pretty often.  I have also started getting back pain during PMS that feels like back labor.  My sister says that it is all normal and just part of getting older and that she started having the same issues in her 30's and she does not have Hashimoto's.  I was diagnosed at 30 and am now 35.  I hope this helps.

I don't know if this will help.  When I was hypo I retained A LOT of fluid...my ankles looked like I was 9 1/2 months pregnant!  The fluid retention could be causing the breast pain.  Could you be pregnant?
