We all convert at different rates.  The rule of thumb is for Free T4 to be at/about mid-range; your Free T4 is at 60% of range, so it's a bit higher than it needs to be.  Rule of thumb for Free T3 is upper half or upper third of its range; your Free T3 is at 60%, so it's in the upper half.   Typically, Free T3 should be higher in its range than Free T4 in its.

The real test is whether or not you have symptoms.  If you still have symptoms of hypothyroidism, you need to try something different, but if you're symptom-free, you're doing okay as you are.

There are other things that can cause symptoms similar to those of hypothyroidism that often go hand in hand with hypothyroidism, so if you can tell us about any symptoms you have, we can try to help you resolve them.
