We all convert at different rates. The rule of thumb is for Free T4 to be at/about mid-range; your Free T4 is at 60% of range, so it's a bit higher than it needs to be. The real test is whether or not you have symptoms. If you still have symptoms of hypothyroidism, you need to try something different, but if you're symptom-free, you're doing okay as you are.
