Tamra, if you try the acpuncture please let me know if does you any good......
I would be curious to know. Chiropractic is very good and I give mine credit for
keeping straight for years,
Carla
You would want to get a complete mineral supplement. Trace Minerals is a good trusted brand you can find in the health food stores. Then I would recommend a magnesium supplement called Calm. It is a powder that you mix with warm or cold water.....I get the lemon flavor. You can also get that at most healthfood stores.
Vitamins I like are whole food source, because us thyroid patients do not absorb our nutrients easily so liquid does digest and absorb better. :)
Thanks, Laura. I have a doctor appointment for the pain I'm experiencing, but MDs just seem to want to give me narcotics.
Does anyone know where I can get a complete list of minerals and vitamins for hypo/Hashi?
Tamra
I have had great results with chiropractic and acupuncture! :)
Don't forget to take lots of minerals.....they help with body aches. Especially magnesium.
Hi! I have been going to chiropractic for about 20 years. It helped me alot.
As far a fibro or weak leg symptons or muscle pain, I found the massage
aggravated the muscles since they were weak with out proper energy and ATP.
It's good to be adjusted but it doesn't help the muscle involvement.
By the way the DermaMag rep called me from Georgia today and explained the
product I emailed you about. I ordered it online last night and will give a try.
I have not tried acupuncture as of yet................I know I got really messed up
from alot stress since 2007 and fell apart - see new internist Friday 21st.
I am hoping for some luck with something new and just making sure that the new
MD keeps track of my thyroid stats in a timely manner. Would hate to go the other
way. This has been most challenging and frustrating for me. It takes alot out of me
to grocery shop or maybe it is just the idea of it. Anyhow drop me a line,
best to you Carla
I have - but I found that acupuncture works much better
