Thyroid and Chronic Hives

Labs Results:
Free Triiodothyronie 4.6
Parathryoid Hormone 5.7
Thyrotropine (Sensitive TSH) 1.83
Free Thyroxine (Free T4) 13
Anti-TPO 13
Anti-TG 159

This is my second bout of chronic hives.  The first occurred 6 years ago.  Now 3 weeks post thyroid ultrasound which indicated an enlarged thyroid.  Hashimoto's?

I also question the HS-CRP of 6.8.

Can't live on Benedryl forever.

Thanks

Before further discussion, please post the reference ranges shown on the lab report for those results.  Also, why was Parathyroid hormone tested?  Also, why the HS-CRP test?  Are you taking thyroid med now?  If so, what med and what daily dose?
