I've wondered this myself...I do believe she gets top notch medical care and I've already used this fact with docs who claim NDT is "so unregulated and dangerous".
LOL, I have yet to have one respond with anything other than changing the subject.
Whatever Hillary does or does not do is irrelevant and meaningless. Insofar as recommending Armour, the problem is the so-called "standard of care doctrine". The U.S. physician is discouraged from suggesting anything other than the "standard of care". You have to ask the magic question: "Is there an alternative and what would that be".
You're right of course, i was just dreaming what-if'
But i may have a son's visit from LA and...and ..and.
I needed your kind repeat of that info. I will copy and put it on the wall this time. Bless
I think you're going to run into the same supply problems with desiccated in Guatemala that you ran into with T3...probably even harder to get to tell you the truth.
Desiccated contains both T3 and T4, and it contains a lot of T3 compared to what our thyroids produce. It also doesn't have the advantage of being able to manipulate the T3 and T4 doses separately. You get what the pig had! LOL So, desiccated is every bit as tricky for you with your heart issues as synthetic T3 would be...same issues, just magnified due to the high T3 content in desiccated.
With a really, really good thyroid doctor coordinating with your cardio, you might be able to handle a little T3, but considering where you live, that poses a few logistic problems. Ever considered relinquishing your ex-pat status?
I am one of those people that have (finally) learned about the importance of Free T3 from this very helpful forum. Have added some NDT to my levo and feeling more energetic and happier than I have in years!
If Hillary gets elected she may choose to advocate for NDT. That would definitely help the change the course of treatment for people who may benefit from added T3 in synthetic or natural forms.
