Will Thyrax affect my pregnancy?

Hi! Im 26 yrs old and im on my 2month pregnant to my first baby. I was diagnosed before of having thyroid problem. My doctor give me THYRAX 100g to take everyday.

My question is it still safe to take THYRAX100g? Will it affect my baby? What are the effects of this drug to my pregnancy??

Im really getting worried about this. PLease please HELP!

You may need to increase your thyrax dose during the pregnancy.  THis is required to keep you and your baby healthy.  YOu need to work very closely with your doctor and all will be fine.  Most doctors will test your thyroid levels every month while you are pregnant and adjust your meds as required.

Not taking THYRAX can affect your baby if you have hypothyroidism, so take your medication, your TSH in pregnancy must be between 0.3 -2 .
Levothyroxin is safe.
