Will cold temperatures affect synthroid?

Cold, blizzardy weather here, loss of power etc..and without thinking left synthroid stored in room  (my bedroom) that was 40 degrees Fahrenheit. I know it says to store it at room temperature 59-86... did it hurt it being stored this way for a day?
Thanks, Sedgly
