So I assume because you were hyperthyroid due to Graves' Disease, you had RAI treatment.  I also assume that the RAI treatment was not intended to totally destroy your thyroid gland function.  That has to be the case since you still have Free T4 and Free T3.  The problem appears to be that your Free T4 and Free T3 are too low in the range, causing you to have hypo symptoms.  TSH is a pituitary hormone that is affected by so many things that at best it is only an indicator, to be considered along with more important indicators such as symptoms and also levels of the biologically active thyroid hormones, Free T4 and Free T3.

Your current Free T4 level is only at 34% of its range, which is lower than needed by many people.  Also, Free T3 is only at 44 %, which is also lower than needed by some people.  Many members here have found that relief from hypo symptoms required Free T4 at the middle of the range or higher, and Free T3 high enough in the range to relieve symptoms, typically in the upper third of the range.

A good thyroid doctor will treat a hypo patient clinically by testing and adjusting Free T4 and free T3 as needed to relieve symptoms, without being constrained by resultant TSH levels.  Symptom relief should be all important, not just test results.   You can get some good info from this link written by a good thyroid doctor.

So you need a good thyroid doctor that will treat you clinically as described.  Also, since hypo patients are so often deficient in Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin, I suggest that you get those tested and then supplement as needed to optimize.  D should be about 55, B12 in the very upper endow its range and ferritin should be about 70.

Please post your current thyroid related test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report.  What thyroid medication are you taking and what is the daily dosage?
