Your FT3 and FT4 rose significantly between March and May.  So you are getting more hyper fairly quickly.

Both TPOab and TGab are negative, so it doesn't look like you have Hashi's.  It is possible to test negative to antibodies and still have Hashi's, but negative antibody tests strongly limit Hashi's as a possibility.

Have you had a TSI (thyroid stimulating immunoglobulins) test, sometimes called TRab (thyroid receptor antibodies)?  TSI is the definitive test for Graves', which is far and away the leading cause of hyper.

As nicolelm pointed out, another possibility is a toxic nodule.  A toxic nodule is an autonomously functioning nodule, kind of like a mini thyroid within your thyroid.  It pumps out T3 without the need for stimulation from TSH, so that your pituitary no longer controls thyroid hormones.  "Nodule" is a very generic term for all kinds of tissue overgrowths, so if you want to reseach this, be sure they are talking about "toxic" nodules or "toxic" adenomas or "autonimous" nodules.  You can also google "Plummer's disease".

Is your doctor scheduling further tests?  Has he suggested meds?

Please list your symptoms.  So many can be symptoms of both hypo and hyper.

I have a lot of hyper/hypo symptoms and if this was done in my gp's lab and not privately my ft3 would be out of range at top and ft4 just in range but high, and my tsh would be under range x

I am new to this, and have been recently diagnosed myself, so hopefully someone else will chime in here...but it looks like your TSH is rising, which is indicative of Hypothyroid. My endo wants me under 2.5. And your FT4 is high which is  indicative of  hyperthyroid.

Typically when your thyroid goes back and forth it's Hashimoto's.

Are you on any medicine? What did your doctor say? Do you have any symptoms or eye bulging?

Also, my grandfather had toxic nodule goiters on his thyroid from years of be undiagnosed with his hyperthyroidism. And I have heard that the nodules on the thyroid themselves could be hyper.

I'm not sure if this was helpful, but hopefully I got the ball rolling!
