confused about nature-throid conversion chart
Hi everyone. I recently switched from taking 15 mcg of cytomel to 1 1/2 grains of naturethroid (which is like armour)
On the naturethroid conversion chart it says that 1 grain is equal to 25mcg of cytomel (t3), despite the fact that it also states that 1 grain has 9 mcg of t3 in it. So I am really confused. Is one grain equal to 9 mcg or 25 mcg of cutomel???
