Is the low iodine cook book any good? Or just use good old common sense and read labels?? Nancy M
tell me about this" hypo hell" I keep reading about. When does it start? Symptoms and how long will it last. I can not find any research. Will I need help? Have you been able to work thru it? Thanks so much, Nancy
Yes it is great. Still use common sense but the recipes are wonderful. ( I am a 2 time RAI Vet) I especially like you can cook alot of them up and freeze them so you can cook them when you are hypo cause you definatly dont feel like cooking in hypohell.
