does anyone experience breast tenderness and swelling with hypo and levothyroxine?

Hi, just wondering if this is just another symptom of Horrible Hypo?  Also, daily headaches and deteriorating vision. I seem to develop more symptoms every week!! I had sestamibi and U/S scans last week where they found a nodule that I thought had gone, and a parathyroid lesion...which I haven't researched yet....and last night, I found another lump in my neck. Is this par for the course for a multinodular goitre?  I see the Endo for the first time next week...so what questions, in your opinions, should I ask?  Here in Pembrokeshire, UK, it is not routine procedure to test for T3, should I ask for a test? Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou,  Debs

I have breast tenderness and swelling that is cyclical (monthly) and that's how they found a nodule in my breast and a cyst.  I have to have 6 month mammograms (have had 2 and my 3rd will be June).  I take Armour thyroid and have been diagnosed with hashi (normal blood tests and neg antibodies  - I have a swelling gland that is non-smooth texture) and have what the doc has labeled chronic EBV.  Don't know if any of it is related, but I am starting to think so.

thankyou AJ for responding. But I would still like to find out if anyone else experiences these symptoms....or is it an unrelated issue. It would be a comfort to know if these are related to hypothyroidism. Did anyone have these issues whilst taking just levo...and did they improve with another additive, eg; cytomel. Any help would be appreciated....can't keep up with the ever increasing symptoms. Thanks again,  Debs.

Hi,
Hope you feel better soon.  It's very difficult to assist someone with question concerns for the medical staff, each individuals case is different.

Ask the Endo, questions/concerns you have posted at the forum.

Sorry, couldn't be more help.

Good luck !!!
